Dr. Thelora U. Reynolds

Dr. Thelora Reynolds is an uncommonly well-respected and highly regarded colleague in the student affairs arena of the Caribbean. She has served as Director (Dean of Students) of Student Services of the Mona Campus, University of the West Indies (UWI) since 1996, and as the Project Supervisor of Education Administration for Master’s students since 2003. All three of her degrees were completed at UWI, Mona: a BA with Honors, an MA and Ph.D. in Education Administration.

Thelora is founding president of the Caribbean Tertiary Level Personnel Association (CTLPA), a dynamic and thriving international division of ACPA. Most of ACPA’s presidents have been privileged to visit this enthusiastic group at their annual June conference held at various Caribbean islands where CTLPA members sponsor this outstanding event, featuring excellent speakers on cutting edge issues. The recipient of numerous honors from her home institution in recognition of outstanding achievement in administration and academic fellowship, Thelora Reynolds is a most deserving Diamond Honoree.
