Darlene Biggers is Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Darlene has served as the President of the Texas Association of College and University Student Personnel Administrators and on the Directorate for the Commission for Administrative Leadership and the Standing Committee for Women of ACPA. She is a recipient of the Senior Practitioner award of ACPA and the Distinguished Services Award from the Commission for Administrative Leadership.
