Mark S. Denke is the Assistant Executive Director of the Arizona Board of Regents for Academic and Student Affairs and serves as the Senior Student Affairs Officer for the Arizona University System. He is recognized for both outstanding administrative service and teaching and received ACPA’s Outstanding Mentor to Graduate Students award in 2005. He also is the recipient of the Best Teacher award from student and alumni of Colorado State University and the Associated Students at Colorado State established a Service Award in his name to annually recognize an administrative professional staff member for outstanding service and support to students. He served as a faculty member for two NASPA Region IV-West Mid-Level Institutes and received the 2003 Outstanding Faculty Award. He was a participant in the Oxford Round Table, an intensive colloquium of select administrators to discuss contemporary higher education policy issues.
