Diana is the Vice President of Teamworks and formerly Director of New Student and Residential Life Programs at Buffalo State College and Director of Orientation at Rochester Institute of Technology. She served as President of the New York-CPA and is a faculty member for the Donna M. Bourassa Mid-Level Management Institute sponsored by ACPA. Robin is a nationally recognized expert on first year student programs and support services. She is the recipient of the Experienced Professional in the Area of Admissions, First-Year and Orientation Award from ACPA and the Innovation Award from the State and International Divisions of ACPA.
