Deborrah A. Hebert is the Dean of Student Life at Angelo State University. She has served in several ACPA leadership positions including Chair of the Commission for Administrative Leadership, Mid-Level Management Module One Instructor. She is the recipient distinguished service award from both NAFSA Region 3 Association for International Educators and ACPA’s Administrative Leadership Commission. Deborrah also is the recipient of the Outstanding Doctoral Graduate in Student Affairs from the University of Georgia.
