Merritt Henry is the Career Services Manager at the College of the West Indies. She has been involved in the development of Student Services in the Caribbean region and co-authored the curriculum for the Masters in Higher Education -Student Personnel Administration at the University of the West Indies. Merrit is the recipient of the Outstanding Graduate of the Century from MICO Teacher's College. She also primarily responsible for the establishment of the CTLPA Barbados Chapter and served as its President.
