Sandy MacLean is Vice President of Student Affairs Emeritus of the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Among his many awards are NASPA's Pillar of the Profession, IU's Robert Shaffer Distinguished Alumni Award, NASPA's James Rhatigan Award for Outstanding Performance as Dean of Students and Distinguished Alumni Award from Northern Michigan University. Sandy held many leadership roles in both NASPA and ACPA. In ACPA he was Chair of Commission II, Government Relations Committee Chair, ACPA Senator to APGA, and candidate for ACPA President on two occasions.
In retirement Sandy remains active within the profession as well as the St. Louis community.
